Thank you for visiting Mi Mi's Natural Body Care. I began this journey because my youngest son Mikaaiyl developed Eczema very early in his life.  As he got older the medications prescribed by his dermatologist got stronger and stronger, eventually moving to steroids to help his severe skin disorder.  I didn't know much about steroids but I knew that they weren't good for the body.  Besides, the medicine only provided a temporary relief. The Eczema would return to another place on his body, and then more severe.

After being laid off as a contractor from the Federal Government I was able to devote more time to helping Mikaaiyl's skin. I began researching the causes and natural remedies for Eczema.  All the information I reviewed points to foods, food allergies, the environment, the soap we use, clothing detergent, whether we have pets or not, what type of clothing we put on our skin, and stress as key factors in fixing skin disorders.

This is how I began my journey. This is how I started making natural and organic skin and hair products that provides moisture, free of the chemical laden products I once used. This was also the beginning of a new diet/lifestyle for me and my family.  I knew that in order to find a solution with Eczema, dry skin, dry hair, aging, overweight, and other ailments, we had to change not only what we put on our bodies, but what we put IN our bodies as well.
